Hurricane Harvey Releif & Flood Bucket Needs

The damage in and around Houston, Texas is devastating.  As in any time of natural disaster, the United Methodist Church is on the ground there helping folks.  If you'd like to donate toward disaster relief in that area, 100% of your donations will go to disaster relief with administrative costs coming from other sources. You can just put Hurricane Harvey in the designation for your payment....electronically or by check. You can also give quickly, easily, and securely to relief efforts by using the Calvary App or texting CALVARYUMC to 77977.

In addition to that, our United Methodist Midwest Mission Distribution Center in Chatham, IL, is getting ready to help its survivors. They have purchased 27,000 trash bags and volunteers are rolling them - getting them ready for Cleaning Bucket Kits. Other volunteers are assembling the kits. It has been a busy year for flood relief and they will need all the Cleaning Bucket Kit supplies. Bug spray is in especially short supply. Any donations would be greatly appreciated. Monetary donations or supplies bought through DollarDays would be the best way to donate, as they are shipped directly to MMDC at the Center's bulk prices.
