FIA is sponsoring a Dementia Friendly America program at the ARC on May 27, 2026 from 10-11 a.m. Registration is currently open and attending is free. This session is designed for everyone to learn fundamentals about dementia.
- Volunteer orientations are the first Tuesday of the month at 2:30 p.m. at the ARC Community Room. FIA is seeking volunteers drivers to transport seniors to needed medical appointments. Get behind your community by getting behind the wheel for Faith in Action!

- There is a wait list for care receivers (except cancer and dialysis patients).
- The Spring Bus Trip to Mackinaw Island and the Fall Bus Trip to Boston, Salem & the North Shore are currently full.
- Volunteer Blessing and Dinner held at St. John’s Lutheran Church in April was a wonderful program and our own Jan Kibler was recognized as the “Angel Behind the Desk.”
- The fundraising Take Action luncheon is scheduled for August 27.
