Our worship series through October 2023 is exploring themes related to the question: “why do we give as Christians?” Rather than focusing on the need of the church to receive and on church budgets, the focus here is on giving as a part our response to the blessings of God in our lives and as a way for each of to grow in own spiritual development. Each family or individual who is an active part of Calvary is invited to make a commitment for how you will respond to God through your giving to Calvary UMC in 2024. The hope is that we can talk about this time as an opportunity for us to grow in our spiritual lives through a faithful and spiritual response. We invite you to pray about what a faithful commitment would be for you or your family. Please talk it over with your spouse or your family if that applies to you.
